Chop the leaves into small. Grind item numbers 2 to 7. Then mix with yoghurt. Add salt as required.
If using red Swiss chard the color will be red, if green Swiss
chard the color will be green.

It is very easy to make. It takes only 10 minutes. Enjoy this delicious chutney that is nutritious, delicious and healthy.
This is from Anna's kitchen. In India try different combinations of leaf with mint. Try moringa leaves, Malabar spinach etc. Too much moringa leaves may be little discomfort for some people. Try what is best for you. If mint is not available try panikoorka. Be creative in making different combinations. You are the master.
