Thomas Kuzhiyil: Hi, You are important to me. How do you feel today. Happy or unhappy. We are created to be happy. We are the most intellectual creation. Our body works on a wonderful mechanism. A little care, understanding and knowledge can make a lot of difference. It can make you healthy and happy. God designed this world to prevent diseases, but man designed to get sick and then treat. We don’t have the patience to learn what we can do to have simple and healthy living. We don’t try to know how the self-healing mechanism of our wonderful body works. Our body’s immunity can be raised by: 1) Healthy food 2) Exercise 3) Positive mental attitude. 4) Live in harmony with nature. I am a student, and observer of this universe. Hope my observations, learning and experience may be of help to you on your way to be healthier and happier. We are living in a world where drugs are prescribed without knowing the reason. "A pill for every ill" is the norm of the day. Good food is better than good medicine.Most of the medicines got side effects. As you know "prevention is better than cure".Let us try for it. Together, we can make this world a better place to live in.
